The best way to find the equation of a line is by using point slope form. Y-y1=slope(X-x1)

14-(-)1/-6-3=15/-9=slope then plug in any given point

(Y-14)=15/-9(x-6)
Y=-15/9x-10+14
Y=-5/3x+4
