Explain (briefly) Weber's idea of
substantive/value rationality.

Substantive rationality-
Individuals might consider a range of possible values or actions, and attempting to make them consistent. Weber termed this substantive rationality and considered it problematic in modern society in that rationalization of social life makes it difficult for people to pursue particular values.
