Answer: a)
y = \frac{2}5x} - (4)/(5) b) y = -2x + 4

Explanation:

2x - 5y = 4

2x - 4 = 5y


y = \frac{2}5x} - (4)/(5)

6x + 3y = 12

3y = -6x + 12

y = -2x + 4
