The x-intercept is when y=0.

$2x+5(0)=-10 \\ \\ 2x=-10 \\ \\ x=-5 \\ \\ \therefore (-5, 0)$

The y-intercept is when x=0.

$2(0)+5y=-10 \\ \\ 5y=-10 \\ \\ y=-2 \\ \\ \therefore (0, -2)$
