We are looking for values of x that will not make the equation undefined .Obviously the function has restrictions we have to make sure that x-7 is always ≥0 because it is under a square root

x-7\geq 0\\x\geq 7

The domain of the function is all the real numbers greater or equal to 7 .

x≥7 ε R
