180-78-55 =47° (angle ²)

then angle ¹ is

180-78-47

=55° (angles on a straight line)

general rule!

Sum of three angles in a triangle is always equal to 180°

1) let unknown angle be x
The other two angles are 29° , 105°
As per rule,
=> 29 + 105 + x = 180°
=> 134 + x = 180°
=> x = 180-134 = 46° (unknown angle)

2)To find measure of Angle 1 , let us find the measure of Angle 2

=> Angle 2 + 78 + 55 = 180

=> Angle 2 = 180-133 = 47°(answer for third question)

Getting back to second equation,

We find angles are supplemental or on straight line ,

Angle 1 + Angle 2 = 180°

=> Angle 1 = 180 - 47 = 133°

4) The measure of of exterior angle is always equal to the measure of adjacent interior angles because exterior angle is supplement to adjacent angle.
