Displacement - Time graph is shown in the given figure, and we have to interpret the graph with red slope.

First of all, Slope of a Displacement time graph represents velocity. so we can say that :

Graph has positive (increasing) Slope from 3rd to 6th seconds that represents positive constant velocity.

From 6th to 8th second graph has Slope = 0, that means there is no Displacement taken in the mean time, that means velocity in this interval of time is 0.

From 8th second the graph has negative (Decreasing) Slope that means, the object is retracing its own path with a constant velocity.
