The reason why america is different from other nations, is because of the freedom. Example, in north korea, you cannot use anything but the online stuff provided by Kim Jon un. But in america, you can access all of the online stuff today. Another example is bad for the USA but it is how many people smoke in the usa. In 2019, around 30% of the population in the USA was smoking/vaping. And prboably in other countries, it is less.
