In simple words,

First, the drug spreads throughout your body and when it hits the brain, you get happy or get a sudden boost of happiness.
Your breath eventually starts to slow down and then your heart.
Things begin to shut down in your body, your lungs and heart barely working.
You may begin to foam at the mouth or choke and your brain becomes permanently damaged.
