What is the geography of colonial new jersey?

Geography of the Colony
We live in the central lowlands, with the mountains to our west and the coast of the Atlantic Ocean to our east. The land in New Jersey has been excellent for farming because of the fertile soil. In addition to the land, the mild climate here makes it a good place to farm, as well.
