answer: first x is 3, fourth is 5 2/3
second y is -4.5, third is is -1 1/2

work:
solve for y:

6x-4y=18
-6x -6x

-4y=-6x+18
divide whole equation by -4

y=3/2x-4.5

solve for x:

6x-4y=18
+4y +4y

6x=4y+18
divide whole equation by 6

x=2/3y+3
