Well when you think juvenile the kids who get arrested are up to the age 10-17 and that's underage when you actually get charged to go to jail there are adults there and if you were 10-17 and put into jail/prison you would be put at a risk because you are really young, even though you still did a crime they split it up because if you're under the age 18 you are basically a child/teenager
