Answer: Political instability, Virtually bankrupt

Explanation: many soldiers felt germany could have won the war and felt betrayed by the politicians (november criminals) who ended it and refused to support them. Factories had stopped producing goods and focused on making guns etc instead of goods to sell. Germany had lent money to its allies. They also borrowed money that needed to be payed back.
