It follows the y=mx+b formula. B is the slope, rise over run. Since it’s positive, slope is 2/1 or 2. Hope this helps.

Explanation:

slope=
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

=
(6-(-6))/(2-(-4))

=12/6

=2
