Which sense would you surrender? Why this sense? How, specifically would life be altered without that sense?

Of my five senses, i would surrender my sense of smell. My sense of smell isn’t a huge role in my everyday life, i just wouldn’t smell when my foods burning. At the same time, i couldnt smell the gross things either.
