It should what the other person said b=(m)(9-4h^2) because 9-4h^2 can’t factor any further it would be considered prime

I’m not sure how simplified the question wants you to be, but this is what I got.

You have to isolate b, and in order to do that you have to get rid of the denominator. The inverse of division is multiplication, so you multiply the denominator to both sides and you get b= (9-4h^3)(m)
