So this is supplementary angles. Supplementary angles are two or more angles that add up to 180º. This is also vertical angles. Vertical angles are angles across from one another that are congruent(such as the 180º angle and the one up and to the right of it). So if vertical angles are congruent that means that the angle to the right of x is also 118º. And since it is a supplementary angle this is now simple subtraction.

180-118=62.
