ANSWER: -3 (x-5) = -48 ~ x=21
Hey so basically the term “-3 times” means your going to multiply the quantity (what’s in parentheses) by the -3. “the difference “ means your using subtraction. “and a number” means you’ll have a variable. Next you just solve the problem! Nope this helps!
