Storytelling has been done by mankind for as long as communication has been a thing. Story telling allows us to restate something that happened which is a great way to communicate and inform others. Story telling us also used with fiction to teach us important lessons and story telling us often used in cultures to explain the origin or certain traditions or practices and why they are done. Storytelling allows us as people to share with others and use our imaginations to be able to bring simple words to life and give them value as they create a universe in our minds and allows us to be imaginative and creative. This is good for our development and keeps us entertained. The use of storytelling helps give us answers to listen to when we don’t know what to believe as well.
