You have a cup of warmed milk and a cup of vinegar you have a other cup but it’s empty . You pour the warmed milk and the cup of vinegar into the empty cup . (You stir for 1min and 30 sec) place a paper towel over a plastic bowl Pour the mixture into the paper towel to drain the water and filter the new substance. Is this a chemical or physical change?

Answer is Chemical change

Reason: This is a chemical reaction, the milk is heated and mixed with the vinegar which is an acid. The heat and the acid cause the protein “casein” in the milk to break down. This is a chemical change.
