Who got the right to vote first? Black Men or White Women?

In YOUR opinion what grade (A+, A, A−, B+, B, B−, C+, C, C−, D+, D, D− and F) would you give men towards their treatment towards women during 1700-1800s?

I believe that white women got the right to vote first. And in my opinion probably a D-, since men were in control of pretty much everything and women had to fight to get the basic rights that came later on.
