y=-4

y = x2 + 3x-2
y = (-2)2+3(-2) -2
y=4-6-2
y=-4

you simply plug in -2 anywhere you see an x.

Answer:

y = -4

Explanation:

y = x² + 3x -2

y = (-2)² + 3(-2) - 2

y = 4 - 6 - 2

y = -4

I hope this helps!
