Answer:

$22×.04%=.88

so the answer is .88cents

Explanation:

cost per 1% = 22 ÷ 100 = 0.22

⇒ cost of 4% = 4 x 0.22 = 0.88

Or

4% = 4/100 = 0.04

⇒ 4% of 22 = 0.04 x 22 = 0.88
