I=(-2, 0, 4, 8)

Find the union of J and I. Find the intersection of J and I. Write your answers using set notation (in roster form). ​

The intersection is the set of all elements in both sets, so the answer is {-2, 4, 8}.

The union is the set of all elements in at least one of the sets, so the answer is {-2, 0, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8}.
