1. A new federal law orders health teachers to stop teaching sex education on the grounds that

Answer: No

Explanation: With the separation of Church and State, religion isn't supposed to be part of a school curriculum. It says nothing about how certain religious groups feelings. Therefore, they can opt out of the class if it's that offensive to learn basic, important knowledge.
