First multiply 5(3x-10). It gives you 15x-10. Subtract 15x-5x. You are left with -15 = 10x-10.
Add 10 from both sides. You get -5=10x. Divide by 10 on both sides. You get -5/10 = x. Reduce and you get -1/5.
