Explanation:

To get the 3 consecutive numbers in the first place, you would do 90 = x + (x+1) + (x+2). This would basically be 90 = 3x +3 , which x = 29. If you wanted to find the 3 integers, which would be 29, 30, 31, you substitute x for 29
