Can someone PLEASE help me? I've been stuck on this problem for so long and it's so frustrating. Apparently the answer is x=2a/3a-1

the question is: 3ax-2a=x (solve for x)
PLEASE HELP!!!

Question: 3ax-2a=x (solve for x)

So step 1: Subtract 3ax from both side

3ax-2a=x

-3ax. -3ax

_________________

Now you're left with -2=x-3ax

step 2:Factor out the common term x

−2a=x(1−3a)

step 3: Divide both sides by 1-3a1−3a.

2a/1-3a = x

Switch sides... the end
