The answer is 6 1/2 feet
What you do is you turn your mixed number into a proper fraction.
13/4
Then you do
13/4 x 1/2 and get 26/4 then you simplify 26/4 and get 6 1/2
So that means Laquan has 6 1/2 feet of fabric in total.
