It is home to flatlands, grasslands, mountains and hills, as well as numerous lakes. In fact, the largest number of lakes created by dams of any state in the country happens to be in Oklahoma. All natural lakes in Oklahoma are oxbow and playa lakes, though there are over 200 man-made lakes spread across the state.
