simplify the brackets by multiplying the numbers outside the brackets with those inside the brackets e.g 7(x+2) becomes 7x + 14 then group into like terms that is those with x's go on their own side whilst the simple numbers go to their own side as I have done in the image I just shared...feel free to ask questions ♡
