Undoubtedly, it's one of the most non reliable sources of any information. Any nonsense could edit and post any wrong information. There are several articles which you can read and find out that reality is entirely different from what you've read.

I myself have edited an article on "Ionic bonding" & eradicated the information. Later on, the moderators accused me for vandalism and now they've banned any sort of information from my device's IP address.

wikipedia. c & d are off, since the website name is “edu” and “gov”

wikipedia gets constantly changed, by random people, my teachers preach against it.
