Answer is YES

reason

It is unlawful to harass an employee because of that person's sex. It can be "sexual harassment" or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature. It can be men to men, women to women, non binary or whatever.

Note: Harassment does not have to be of a sexual nature. It can include offensive remarks about a person's sex. For example, it is illegal to make offensive comments about women in front of women, or men.

you need to find out the company policy from HR or normally store policies book can be found online on company’s websites, threw work union information phone lines- a free call, or a copy of work policies are found in a folder in most companies tea rooms. Once you have this information than you can seek free legal info based on what the company policy is in place at the current moment
