Hi! im not sure about the always sometimes one but i could help on the never intersect.

Explanation:

so the picture below is 2 lines crossing over each other the never intersect is these 2 lines cannot touch i think, so if they dont touch they would be parallel so one line is exactly the same right next to it so there not touching. i hope this helps :p
