I wonder off doing homework for example, i go to play games. any tips?

Drink lots of water and tell you family to hide all of your devices until you show them your done.

I have the same problem so want I do is that I give the things that distract me to my mom so she can hide them and once I'm done with my homework, I'll tell my mom and she'll give me my stuff back.
