I would first of make sure to give everyone a course, in the basics of health care. That would lower the death rates, because many more knew what to do and how to have a good hygiene. Then I would probably make sure, that all country’s had access to local hospitals and medicine. Even though its probably never gonna happen, and it would take A LOT of effort and money, I do think it would be a big initiative.
