There is nothing in the constitution saying abortion is legal or illegal. But as they said above the Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional. Although just recently Georgia banned abortion after a heartbeat is sensed in the baby/fetus. So Iām not entirely sure what to answer. I would say yes it is because the abortion ban in Texas was deemed unconstitutional after roe v wade.
