So I have been working out a little (jk I was just running a mile) and I noticed that every time I work out, I get red and it stays like that for a while! Why does that happen?

your body temperature increases, and carries the blood to the surface of your skin! this also causes sweat to form, helping you cool down!

Answer: Well when you run, you become more hot and that makes the body temperature warmer, and the blood can move easier. The warmer your body is, the more the blood moves. Also, the running brings your blood towards your skin more, and you'll start to sweat.
