Answer:

we can make some assumptions b/c of the marks. on the sides, the double marks means they are the same, and the single marks are also the same length. because those sides are the same lengths.. we can just add up all the sides to find the length around the shape... or the perimeter of it.

Explanation:

I'll start with the 14 on the left, and go counter clock wise

14 + 6 + 9 + 5 + 9 + 7 + 14 + (6+7+5) = Perimeter

the last numbers in the parenthesis are from the sides opposite of the long top side, the parts of the other sides adds up to the long top side... sooo,

Perimeter = 82 ( I added in my head , so use a calculator to double check )
