What are some exercises that help me reach my goal?Comment at least with 2 exercises

My goal: to run a full mile without having to stop at least 3 times.

Exercises like running,squads ,etc

Walking and Cycling, These exercises may seem small but help build endurance. Endurance will help you keep on going when running a full mile.
