Imagine you are about to go sledding down the longest and greatest sledding hill there ever was. When you envision the hill, is the hill linear or nonlinear? It can be either one, there are no wrong answers, but I want you to explain using constant rate of change and other vocabulary. If it isn't linear, which value wouldn't be constant, the x-value or the y-value? Maybe neither one is constant? Maybe you need to make an actual graph to figure out which value would need to be constant and which one wouldn't. Your response needs to be at least three sentences for a good explanation.
