all you do is combined your slope and y-intercept together: Y= -2/5X , you dont need to add +0 because it gonna just still be the same as y= - 2/5x

Y= -2/5X or y= -2/5x + 0 is the same so it can be any of these 2 that you pick but the correct way is y= -2/5x
