The Mariana Flying fox is a species of bat found in the Pacific islands that plays an important role in pollination and seed dispersal, hunting and habitat destruction have contributed to a drastic population decline if this continues What would be the consequence of the extinction of the Flying Fox of the marinas.​

If the flying Fox were extinct their important roll as a pollinator & seed spreader would greatly effect the ability for new vegetation to be pollinated and grow, or keep the habitat growing. This would also effect other species that live there and need that habitat to survive.
