Why can Scripture not be understood apart from the Church? List at least two reasons.

1: The church mainly focused on the scripture which can be hard to interpret from an outsider perspective.

2: Most people who are not Christan/Catholic don't the full purpose of the scriptures in their own lives that can be used.
