A salesperson works 40 hours per week at a job where has two options for being paid. Option A is an hourly wage of ​$20. Option B is a commission rate of ​10% on weekly sales. How much does need to sell this week to earn the same amount with the two​ options?

First option, the salesperson will earn 40*20=800 dollars.

For second option, the person will earn the amount he sells/10.

For them to be equal the second salesperson have to sell 800*10=8000 dollars of items to earn that as much money as the first salesperson.
