What measures did Hitler take against Germany's Jews ?

Hitler forced the Jews to be isolated from their family and have soldiers search day and night relentlessly. From tearing down houses to demanding search parties to get every single Jewish life taken out of Germany, it got so bad even outside of Germany; he wanted Jews dead. For example, Poland’s Jewish population.
