8 m = width

28 m = length

Explanation:

Let w = width

3w + 4 = length

P = 2w + 2l

= 2w + 2(3w + 4) = 72

2w + 6w + 8 = 72

8w + 8 = 72

8w = 64

w = 8 m = width

3w + 4 = 24 + 4 = 28 m = length
