The circumference of the base of the cone is: 251.33 cm

How to find the circumference of the cone base?

The cone that is formed will have a circular base and we know that the formula to find the circumference of the circle is:

C = 2πr

Where:

C is circumference

r is radius

Thus:

C = 2 * π * 40

C = 251.33 cm
