Coral reefs are meant to protect the sea from inhumane acts which pollute the sea and cause marine animals to die, if they die the sea will be very polluted and marine animals might become extinct. Mangrove swamps are a habitat to many different animals, if they are gone the animals will have no habitat to live in and might soon face the consequences of extinction.
