Are 2^3 x 2^6 and (2^3)^6 are the same or different? Why?

Then for the second one you do parentheses first so that 2x6 which equals 12 and then you x 6 so now it would be 12 x 6 equal to 72. SO YOUR ANSWER IS THEY ARE THE SAME
